These Terms of Use govern your use of pihathub.com, operated by PiHat Europe B.V. (Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, Netherlands, VAT NL864521987B01). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. "Raspberry Pi", "Hailo", "Cytron", "SparkFun", and "SanDisk" are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those trademark holders.

2. Orders

By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping

We ship from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. Returns

You have the right to return unopened products within 30 days of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Warranties

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We provide a minimum 2-year statutory warranty as required by EU law. Warranty claims should be directed to us at [email protected].

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
