Orders over €60 ship free to all EU member states. Orders under €60: €5.99 flat rate.

Delivered duty paid (DDP). Price shown at checkout is the final price — no customs charges on delivery.

🌍 Worldwide

€14.99 tracked shipping to all other countries. Import duties and taxes may apply in destination country.

⏱ Dispatch time

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Otherwise next business day.

Germany, Belgium, France, Austria: 2–3 business days
UK, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Poland: 3–5 business days
Rest of EU: 3–6 business days
UK & Switzerland: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak periods (November–December) allow additional time.

Returns policy

You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This exceeds the minimum 14-day EU statutory right of withdrawal.

How to return

We will send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 1 business day
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to our Amsterdam warehouse
Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or we made an error. For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
